Letting go of Rurouni.

This is my first picture I've drawn of Kenshin seriously. I was too afraid of botching up such a wonderful character!!!!
This picture is supposed to be at the moment when he finally realizes that he doesn't want to wander anymore and that he is ready to stay in one place. It's a moment of deciding and a moment of peace and release.
I don't have any computer coloring program ( other than paint and if any of you have ever tried colouring a pic on paint you'll know what a pain it is!!!Grrr). And I don't want to waste my markers on colouring a background. (Besides it probably wouldn't turn out too well.=C) So what I did was: I have some awesome oriental scrapbooking paper and I just cut out my kenshin pic and put it on the paper and photocopied it! And I was soooo pleased that it worked so well!!!!
